Your Health

Live a healthier life, avoid and help prevent heart disease, cancer, diabetes and autoimmune diseases and lose weight.

If you have an interest in becoming happier and healthier and you wish to avoid both acute and chronic diseases, lose weight, and become more physically and mentally fit,   then join us at Health and Food Matters.

Our presentations introduce you to a new way of thinking about nutrition, exploring the benefits of a whole food diet. You will learn how the risk for both acute and degenerative diseases, is linked to dietary practice. Learn how to be more confident and better able to evaluate the conflicting messages about alternative diets so prevalent today.

The series of presentations offered each month include delicious meals and recipes as well as important food information to make sense of our food choices. We offer health tracking statistics so that you can evaluate your progress over time. Our round table discussions and limited enrollments provide the support necessary to achieve the goals of better health, vitality and weight management.
