Energy Bites

A delicious and filling snack that is easy and quick to make. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Role into ping pong sized balls and store in freezer. Great for athletes and people with a sweet tooth.

1 cup of large oats

1/2 cup of natural peanut/almond butter

1/2 cup of 100% cocoa nibs

1/2 cup of ground flax

1/3 cup of honey

1/4 tsp vanilla extract
