At Health and Food Matters we understand the importance of daily exercise. We believe that moderate daily exercise is a key component to overall health and enjoyment of life. We also know that exercise alone does not result in adequate health. It’s only one aspect of well-being, and in order to truly optimize health and vitality, and avoid illness, we need to integrate regular exercise into our daily lives along with healthy whole food nutrition, stress management techniques and a strong family/community support system. HFM offers information sessions on exercise, healthful wholefood nutrition and stress management techniques for all participants in our 4 Week Healthy Living Program. We also offer health measurements to monitor progress within our Programs.
